Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife, Rashmi Dubey, set up a therapy center called “Revival World” in Kanpur. They convinced people that their so-called “time machine,” imported from Israel, could reverse aging—claiming it could turn a 60-year-old into a youthful 25-year-old, according to police reports.

The Dubeys pitched the idea that with their “oxygen therapy,” they could stop the rapid aging process caused by polluted air. They promised that by using their machine, elderly clients could regain their youth within months.

“They introduced various package deals, charging ₹6,000 for 10 therapy sessions, and even went as far as offering a ₹90,000 package for a three-year reward system,” explained senior police officer Anjali Vishwakarma.

One of the victims, Renu Singh, filed a police complaint, saying that she was tricked out of ₹10.75 lakh. She claimed that hundreds of others were also swindled, with total losses amounting to ₹35 crore. Following her complaint, authorities have registered a cheating case and are actively searching for the Dubeys, who are suspected to have fled the country.
